Rush Hour Traffic through Paris a good idea?

So, after spending the night in a dead end near the Seine wild camping ie just pulling up somewhere and staying for the night, we thought best to not push our luck and leave as soon as possible in the morning, so we were up and gone for 7am.

However, we didn’t think about the fact that it’s still a workday for the rest of Paris, so we ended up driving through Paris at rush hour…doh!

We spent about 15 minutes trying to move 50 metres with horns blaring, people getting agitated (thankfully not at us), to then have to cut them all up at the end for us to take a left turn to an actual campsite we found you stay at.๐Ÿ˜

And if you were thinking it was a good idea to go through Paris at 7am in the morning, bear in mind this was in a 8.5 metre long by 2.5 wide motorhome down roads that were made eons ago for Fiat Pandas. Lol
